Penn Masala - the world’s first South Asian a cappella group perform live at VR Bengaluru on 27th May 2017.

The Yuva Tour:
This multi-city tour will have songs off Penn Masala's new album, Yuva (literally “youth”) that represents a stage of life with which every individual is familiar. In this album, the band simply celebrates youth, illustrating the natural progression from innocence to independence. From ballads to party anthems, each track on Yuva evokes in us visceral memories of youth, providing different tastes of what it means to be young. No matter what your age, you’ll enjoy it.

Penn Masala - the world’s first South Asian a cappella group - is a group of students at the University of Pennsylvania who take a fresh look at a cappella by blending the best of South Asian sounds with the latest from the Western music scenes. They have nine full-length studio albums: Resonance, Kaavish, Panoramic, On Detours, Pehchaan, The Brown Album, Soundcheck, 11 PM, and Awaaz. Over the years they've performed for President Obama at the White House, the IIFA and Star Screen Awards, Indian billionaire Lakshmi Mittal in London, and sold-out crowds in India that included Sachin Tendulkar & the Ambani family.
