Be a part of our 'Farm to Fork' initiative during the World Environment Weekend.

We want you to think of what you depend on every day - healthy and clean food, see, feel & taste with farmers, knowledge practitioners and manufacturers, to realise the extent and availability of farm-fresh, authentic produce and produce sourced directly from growers and makers.

Thus, this entire layout of the ‘farm to fork’ allows you to connect to your food, question and learn about what’s on your plate and where it comes from. You can see an installation of a ‘mock farm’ with fruits and vegetables in their natural form, you can shop at an authentic farmers market with harvest from local farms like 'Jivabhumi', 'Culinary Tree', 'Buffalo Back', 'Orgobliss', poultry, spices and coffee from 'Dragonfly Organic Farms' to stock at home.
Here farmers will explain their farms and produce, maybe even how to make greener living over weekends possible.

Folks eat some amazing, interesting, varied food, pickles, jams, preserves, sauces made with produce straight from the land, and watch chefs toss and put together recipes from the array of produce displayed.

We are also bringing Organic Milk from 'Akshayakapla', grains and millets from 'Timbuktu Organics', tribal honey from 'EcoLogin', some baked goods and a mixed variety of organic groceries from 'Healthy Buddha'.

The food section which is hot and freshly made foods, includes, 'Souvee' with Mediterranean and greek specialities
