Bengaluru, 2nd August 2016: Inorbit Mall, Whitefield will host a spectacular saree festival on the 6th and 7th of August, 2016. The festival will comprise of more than 30 stalls that will offer sarees, kurtis, dress material, jewellery, accessories, mehendi, rakhis and all trinkets that will boost your ethnic style quotient.
The festival, created and designed by Inorbit mall, brings together weavers who will showcase their exclusive collections of Bengal Cotton, Kanchipuram, Chanderi, Mangalagiri, Upadda, Mysore Silk, Jaipuri, Bandhej Kolkata Handloom, Chiffon, Pure Silk, Banarasi, Godavari and Ikkat, among others.
Fashionistas can participate in the exciting ‘Saree Ramp Walk Contest’ and the ‘Community Fashion Show’ which will be a part of the festival. In addition, the festival will also hold an art and crafts workshop for kids.
