Bangalore, 4th November, 2015; Encouraging everyone to take to two wheels, Vibha India, in association with Inorbit Mall, Whitefield, announces The CYCLE DAY on the 8th of November. Aiming to restore Bangalore to a clean and green city, The Cycle Day is an open street event inviting people to get back on the saddle and ride their way to a brighter, healthier tomorrow. Cycles will be available at venue for enthusiasts without their own cycles (Cycle rentals open at 6.45 AM and cycle ride starts at 8 AM).

Inspiring citizens to adopt cycling not just an occasional exercise activity but rather as a viable alternate means of transport, The Cycle Day is an initiative by BCOS (Bengaluru Coalition of Open Streets), a non-profit collective comprised of DULT, Praja RAAG, ESAF and individuals. The event is supported by both Bangalore Police (Traffic and Law & Order) and BBMP.

Apart from cycling, visitors can also engage themselves in exciting activities like yoga, zumba, street games, board games, drawing, painting, science experiments workshops, balloon shooting, tyre roll and bow and arrow among other activities.
