The SUN FESTIVAL is a Journey into an holistic Lifestyle. One that is rooted in mindfulness, community, fitness through yoga, zumba, running, cycling, conscious eating and celebration with music and dance!

Join us as we kick-start this journey in Bangalore! And #FollowTheSun as the SUN Festival then moves to Mumbai, Pune, Delhi & Dubai finally culminating in an epic coming-together in Goa!

We're thrilled to have onboard Tribe Fitness Club, LVDS, a1000Yoga, Total Yoga, GoGreen Rao, Byond Travel as well as Running & Cycling communities to lead the sessions!

SUNDAY, SEPT 18th!
@UB City (all sessions in the open arena)
6 am Warm-up for RUNNING & CYCLING led by AAKASH NAMBIAR, Barefoot Marathoner & Pinkathon ambassador. Runners then do a 5K Run and Cyclists a 10K Ride at 6:30 am; both groups running/cycling to Cubbon Park and returning to the UB City arena by 7:30am.

7:00am YOGA session by INDIRA VASANTH; Lead teacher at a1000Yoga
7:40am CYCLING Interactive Workshop by NILESH DHUMAL, National Mountain Bike Champion.
8:00am YOGA to Live Music by NEETU SINGH & MANISH POLE, co-founders of Total Yoga
9:00am ZUMBA by SHWETAMBARI SHETTY, co-founder of the Tribe Fitness Club
9:30am SALSA session by LOURD VIJAY, Founder of LVDS
10:00am Speakeasy session on 'Journey Inwards & Outdoors!'
10:15am Live Music performance

9:00am onwards Breakfast will be served at Cafe Noir!
There will be Organic Food Stalls, boutique Wellness Product stalls and more displaying their wares.

Kindly note: Participants are requested to cary along with them a) Running Shoes
b) Bicycle*
c) Yoga mat.

*If you are unable to bring a bicycle, there will be bicycles available for hire at the venue for a fixed rate of Rs.750 . If you need a bicycle, kindly let us know by Friday, September 16th.

Tickets at Rs 750/- per person available on Booy My Show and at the Partner Outlets (Tribe, LVDS, Total Yoga, a1000Yoga).
